Opposition prepares for the start of today's event "Day of dissent" in which unauthorized planned speech in Moscow, St. Petersburg and several other cities. In the capital, representatives of the "Other Russia" will meet at the metro station "Tverskaya" at 19:00. Protest action will take place on that day in St. Petersburg, Tver, Orel, and Yekaterinburg, the site Kasparov.ru. Earlier, the opposition promised to address the 20-30 cities.

In St. Petersburg St. Petersburg have detained the leader of National Bolshevik Andrey Dmitriev and activist "United Civil Front" Alexey Emelyanov. Opposition propose to freeze rates for transportation services and utilities, to increase social payments and to compensate for poor growth in food prices, while reducing the costs of the officials.

Law enforcement agencies have announced their intention prior to rigidly suppress all violations on March 12. Today it became known that the order at the time of the events in Moscow will provide about 4 thousand policemen, transmits "Interfax". At the same time, soldiers will be deployed Internal Troops, folk and traffic police inspector.

Earlier, representatives of the "Other Russia" have complained that the police shortly before the "Day of dissent began to arrest activists of the banned National Bolshevik Party. March 9, as reported in Moscow detained three supporters of Eduard Limonov.

Opposition claimed that the protest actions, the right which is guaranteed by the Russian Constitution, compounded by the restrictions of city authorities.
